I’m sure every Real Estate Agent works differently.  In my opinion, the approach one takes is an important factor to consider when you are choosing a Realtor™.  Since the purchase or sale of a home is a really big deal – likely the largest financial transaction you will ever do – you should be prepared to ask potential agents exactly what their plans are when it comes to finding your dream home or selling an existing property.  It is important that you feel comfortable with the approach the agent plans to take – and you sure want to know that they have a specific plan that is tailored to your needs.
